Precautions for the use of tube furnace

(1) The amount of water added should be strictly proportional. Adding more water will seriously reduce the strength and high-temperature performance of the pouring body. The water should be added as little as possible under the premise of ensuring the construction fluidity.
(2) The minimum temperature of the water used for construction should not be lower than 5℃, and the minimum curing temperature should be above 5℃. When the temperature is low, the curing time should be extended appropriately, or the environment temperature should be raised. It is strictly forbidden to keep the unbaked wet cast body in an environment below 0°C.
(3) The mixed castable should be used up within 25-30 minutes, otherwise the mortar will lose thixotropic fluidity. Castables that have lost thixotropic fluidity shall not be diluted with water before reuse.
