  The mold support is tight and firm (a large amount of slurry is strictly prohibited), and the oil or mold release agent is applied (thin and uniform). After supporting the mold, evenly distribute the material along the mold during blanking, and turn on the vibrating rod in time when the thickness of the material is 200-400. The vibrating rod is fast in and slow out, and vibrates evenly. It is forbidden to vibrate in the same place for a long time to prevent particle segregation. When the material surface is flooded and the bubbles appearing change from more to less, it indicates that the material has been poured.   The castable adopts the sub-package method. In addition to the main ingredient, each bag contains a small bag of additives. Pour the main ingredients and additives into the mixer. Before using the forced mixer, the castable should be dry mixed for about 1-2 minutes, and then stirred with clean tap water. Add 77%±1Kg tap water for every 100kg of castable. Add water while stirring until the material is uniform before discharging. The mixed wet material is timely transported to the construction site for pouring. (If the wet material is stored for too long, resulting in poor construction performance, the material should be discarded.   The removal of the pouring body template should be after the pouring material has a higher strength (normal temperature is 12-24h hours). Before the strength can withstand greater pressure, stepping on, collision, etc. should be avoided, otherwise it may cause cracks and damage to the corners of the tube furnace. If the ambient temperature is low, the curing time should be appropriately extended, or heat preservation measures should be taken (the curing temperature should preferably be above 10°C). If the construction period is short, the ambient temperature should be appropriately increased to accelerate the hardening of the cast body.
