Brief Introduction:
Vertical fluid-bed tube furnace is widely used in a variety of reaction temperature at about 1000C for CVD experiments; may also be used for vacuum sintering, atmosphere protection vacuum sintering,preparation of nanophase materials, batteries materials,etc.
