Product introduction:
This PT-XW series vacuum heat treatment furnace is widely used for heat treatment of metal materials under low vacuum, reducing and protective atmosphere, and can also be used for heat treatment of special materials. The refractory material adopts alumina fiber, which has good heat preservation and energy saving effect; the whole machine has a novel structure and is convenient to operate.

Product features:
The high-temperature vacuum furnace is composed of a host, a vacuum system, a water cooling system, and an electric control system.
1. Achieve high vacuum to ensure the quality of workpiece processing.
2. The heating element silicon carbide rods are evenly arranged to ensure the uniformity of the furnace temperature.
3. The touch screen interface is friendly and practical. It can display and monitor the operating status of the equipment, call, edit and store the sintering process, and has the functions of dynamic display and historical data recording and exporting.
4. It has functions of safety interlock, fault diagnosis and abnormal alarm.
