Introduction:
1.Base on different tube size, clamp and hing flange is optional.
2.The chamber use 8 sets imported resistance wire with good temperature uniformity. Tolance can be controlled within ±3℃. The pneumatic spring support structure allows the operator to safely open at all angles.
3.This furnace could be working under inert gas or vacuum condition. It’s splitable structure makes easy installation and disassemble, supply easy operation.
4.The equipment is widely used in new materials and new processes such as semiconductors, nano materials, carbon fiber, graphene, etc.
