Introduction

The Protech 1000°C large-capacity atmosphere box furnace is a high-performance, industrial-grade thermal processing equipment tailor-made for high-yield, high-precision heating scenarios. Adopting a premium alumina fiber furnace chamber and user-friendly manual side-opening door structure, this furnace achieves a maximum loading capacity of 800 kg, greatly optimizing material loading and unloading efficiency and meeting the demands of bulk industrial production and pilot testing.

Designed with a five-sided heating system (left, right, rear, bottom and door panels) and external resistance wire heating components, the equipment delivers ultra-uniform temperature distribution throughout the furnace chamber. It supports a programmable heating rate ranging from 0 to 20°C/min and achieves a precise temperature control accuracy of ±1°C. Equipped with dual N-type thermocouples, the furnace ensures stable, accurate and real-time temperature detection with excellent anti-interference performance and measurement reliability.

In terms of atmosphere control, the Protech atmosphere box furnace features an ultimate vacuum degree of -0.1 MPa and dual rotameter configuration, enabling independent and precise regulation of argon inert gas and ammonia reactive gas flow to create a stable and controllable furnace atmosphere environment. It is fitted with an independent 10-inch touchscreen control cabinet, featuring intuitive human-computer interaction, flexible program setting and real-time operating data monitoring functions. Meanwhile, built-in thermocouple break protection and over-temperature alarm systems provide comprehensive safety guarantees, supporting stable unattended continuous operation and reducing operational risks effectively.
