Introduction:
Industrial atmosphere trolley furnaces are commonly used heat treatment equipment. The furnace lining is made of high-quality imported alumina polycrystalline fiber vacuum adsorption material, achieving 50% energy savings. The furnace door and top are sealed with high-temperature silicone rubber, and the furnace door is equipped with a water-cooling system. The furnace body has an inlet, outlet, and vacuum port; it can accommodate hydrogen, argon, nitrogen, and other gases, and can pre-vacuum, with a vacuum pressure reaching 0.1 MPa. The box-type structure design makes loading and unloading workpieces convenient and operation relatively simple, eliminating the need for complex operating procedures and specialized technicians, thus reducing operational difficulty and labor costs. Meanwhile, the intuitive operating interface and control system, such as a touch screen, allows operators to easily set parameters such as temperature, time, and atmosphere, and monitor the furnace's operating status in real time. Some models also support remote monitoring, further improving operational convenience and flexibility. Atmosphere furnaces are ideal experimental and production equipment for research institutions, universities, and industrial and mining enterprises.
