Therefore, it is necessary to provide various control instruments to continuously or regularly measure the atmosphere in the furnace and adjust the air supply amount in the furnace.
Heating method
In order to ensure the stability of the atmosphere, the atmosphere furnace can be divided into muffle furnace and non muffle furnace. The flame of the muffle furnace is outside the muffle, and the workpiece is indirectly heated inside the muffle; The muffle free furnace adopts various flame radiation tubes or electric radiation tubes to separate the flame or electric heating body from the furnace gas, so as not to damage the stability of the atmosphere in the furnace.
Explosion proof device
When the reducing gas and air are mixed to a certain mixing ratio, they are easy to cause explosion at a certain temperature. Therefore, the front and rear chambers, quenching chamber and slow cooling chamber of the furnace are equipped with explosion-proof devices, and the control system of gas supply and exhaust of the furnace is also equipped with explosion-proof measures.
Refractory
The atmosphere furnace uses reducing gas. In order not to affect the service life of the masonry and damage the normal atmosphere in the furnace, the furnace masonry is required to use anti carburizing refractory materials.
