  In recent years, our country has vigorously promoted the clean air plan, and natural gas has been increasingly used as clean energy. However, the use of natural gas will produce a certain amount of nitrogen oxide pollution. In order to curb the emission of nitrogen oxides, Beijing promulgated a new emission standard for gas-fired boilers as early as July 2016, stipulating that the nitrogen oxide emissions of gas-fired boilers used in cities should be less than 80 mg/m3, and the concentration of newly-built gas-fired boilers should be less than 30 mg/m3. With the establishment of standards, the low-nitrogen conversion of boilers is also imminent.

1. Optimize the incomplete combustion problem

 In order to ensure complete combustion of the fuel, in addition to the theoretical amount of air required for combustion, a certain proportion of excess air must usually be provided. On the premise of ensuring the thermal efficiency of combustion, selecting a smaller excess air coefficient to minimize the oxygen concentration in the flue gas will be able to effectively suppress the formation of NOx.

2. Reduce nitrogen oxide emissions

 When the boiler is operating under high load, the air volume of the blower is usually increased to increase the furnace temperature. At this time, the excess air coefficient is usually larger, the furnace temperature is higher, and the amount of NOx generated is larger. The low-nitrogen boiler runs smoothly under high load conditions, while controlling the furnace temperature, which can effectively suppress the production of NOx.

3. Control unreasonable furnace temperature

 Under the action of high temperature, the oxidation of N2 in the combustion air will generate NOx nitrogen oxides. Low-nitrogen modification can effectively control the combustion temperature below 1000 degrees, and is supplemented by technologies such as staged combustion and flue gas internal circulation, which greatly reduces the concentration of NOx nitrogen oxides.

4. Stable burner effect

 The key component of a gas boiler is the burner. The unstable burner has a poor circulation effect, which is not conducive to controlling the flame temperature and easily causes the loss of boiler thermal efficiency. It is widely used in various industries, such as: catering industry, food processing, unit canteen, pharmaceutical processing, sterilization, sauna, agricultural greenhouse, clothing industry, industrial applications and concrete curing applications.
