This paper mainly introduces the safety technology and operation rules of box resistance furnace.

Safety Technology of Box Resistance Furnace:

1. Do not exceed the highest temperature of resistance furnace when using.

2. Samples should be placed in the middle of the furnace, neatly placed, and not in disorder.

3. Do not touch the furnace and the surrounding samples.

4. Power supply and water source should be cut off after use.

5. When loading the sample, the power supply must be cut off to prevent electric shock.

6. Samples with water and oil shall not be put into the furnace.

7. When operating, remember to wear special gloves to prevent scalds.

8. It is forbidden to pour any liquid into the furnace.
