Introduction
Graphite vacuum furnace is a special heat treatment equipment with high-purity graphite as the core material, which realizes high-temperature process through vacuum or inert gas environment. Its graphite components (heating element, heat shield, bracket, etc.) have excellent heat resistance, conductivity and chemical stability, which can replace metal parts to reduce costs and are suitable for precision fields such as semiconductor manufacturing and high-end alloy processing. The key advantages include strong process stability, low energy consumption and less pollution, and it is the core equipment of high-temperature industry.

Features
High temperature resistance: 2500°C, low thermal expansion coefficient (4×10⁻⁶/°C), high temperature strength>20MPa, thermal shock resistance (ΔT>500°C/min).

Material properties: ultra-high purity (>99.9%), ash content <0.1%; resistivity 8–15μΩ·m, adjustable thermal conductivity (10–100W/m·K), suitable for heating/insulation needs.

Stability: Anti-oxidation coating (such as SiC) is increased to 1600°C with a life of >1000 hours; resistant to molten metal/acid gas corrosion (rate <0.1mm/year).

Process adaptation: supports isostatic pressing/3D printing, dimensional accuracy ±0.05mm, lightweight porous structure design.
