    PT-V1200-50(440) is a fluidized bed vertical tube furnace, specifically for CVD experiments on powder surface deposition. The furnace tube is a high-purity quartz tube with a porous quartz plate embedded in the furnace tube. The aperture of the quartz plate is 5-15um.
