Introduction
PT-TX900-H500CK6W continuous rotary tube furnace is the flagship thermal processing equipment from protech, specially developed for large-scale continuous powder material treatment under strict atmosphere isolation. The furnace features a double-layer carbon steel furnace shell with cooling fan structure. The processing tube is 310S stainless steel (OD508*L9175 mm), equipped with six SiC rod heating zones with a total heating length of 6000 mm. The furnace achieves a peak temperature of 900°C and continuous working temperature ≤600°C. It adopts N-type thermocouples to maintain temperature accuracy within ±1°C. The rotation speed of the tube can be steplessly adjusted from 0.5–3 RPM, while the furnace inclination angle is adjustable between 0–1°, which precisely controls powder residence time.
The integrated system includes vacuum feeding unit, sealed collection assembly, vacuum & atmosphere purification system, intelligent PLC control cabinet and water chiller cooling system. All feeding and receiving hoppers are made of 304 stainless steel to avoid material contamination. The 15-inch touchscreen centralizes all operation parameters, supporting separate programming and control of each heating zone.

304 stainless steel feeding & collection hoppers + 310S main processing tube prevent metal impurity mixing, suitable for high-purity new energy and advanced material manufacturing.
6. Automated operation
