Product Introduction:
This Pilot-scale inclined rotary kiln is designed for efficient and uniform thermal processing in laboratory and industrial settings. It features a double-layer furnace shell integrated with an air cooling system, enabling rapid temperature reduction for enhanced operational safety and flexibility. The inner chamber is built with high-purity alumina polycrystalline fiber, which ensures exceptional resistance to high temperatures and corrosion while providing superior thermal insulation. Powered by resistance wire heating elements and an intelligent PID temperature control system, the kiln delivers precise and fully programmable temperature profiles. During operation, the furnace tubes can rotate bidirectionally at adjustable speeds, promoting dynamic and consistent heat distribution for optimized material treatment.
This rotary kiln is ideally suited for a variety of applications including catalyst testing, powder processing, ceramic sintering, materials research, and small-scale solid-state chemical reactions.
