The Vertical Box-Type Quenching Furnace is an advanced thermal processing system engineered for precision, efficiency, and reliability. Its robust structure includes a dual-section frame—supporting the heating chamber, lifting mechanism, and integrated spray cooling system—along with a dedicated control unit housing intelligent electrical and power distribution components. The furnace employs high-purity silicon carbide heating elements and an energy-efficient alumina polycrystalline fiber chamber, ensuring superior thermal uniformity and low energy consumption. With a fully automated lifting mechanism and dual air/water quenching capability, the system enables rapid heating and controlled cooling processes. Operation is simplified through a centralized 7-inch touchscreen interface, which offers real-time monitoring and adjustment of temperature, flow rates, and movement, all supported by S-type thermocouples and PID control for exceptional accuracy.
