Product Usage：
The equipment is mainly used in the heat treatment of battery industry, metal material industry, heat treatment industry, powder metallurgy industry, semiconductor material research, IC manufacturing and other fields under various atmospheres and high temperature.

Product Introduction：
This industrial atmosphere furnace uses silicon carbide rods as heating elements for multi-sided heating. The maximum temperature can reach 1400°C. The internal temperature field of the furnace is more uniform and with great sealing design, which can be pre-evacuated and can be working with a variety of inert gases. The furnace has the advantages of balanced temperature field, low surface temperature, fast temperature rise and fall, and energy saving. Optional batching truck to facilitate the in and out of materials.
