Then the process atmosphere is introduced until the oxygen content in the furnace tube reaches the process requirements, and the heating and sintering are stopped. After the completion of the product sintering process, continue to pass a small amount of process atmosphere and stop cooling until the temperature in the furnace is lower than the process requirements, then open the sealing end cover of the furnace tube and take out the product.
