What are the technical index requirements in the use of heating furnace?

    At present, heating furnaces are widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, machinery, heat treatment, surface treatment, building materials, electronics, materials, light industry, daily chemical industry, pharmacy and many other industries. What are the technical index requirements in the use of heating furnace?
1. Heating furnace heat load. That is, the capacity of each heating furnace to transfer heat to the medium in the pipe per unit time, which indicates the production capacity of the heating furnace.

2. Furnace temperature. Commonly known as fire wall temperature, it refers to the temperature when the flue gas leaves the radiation chamber and enters the convection chamber. The higher the temperature, the greater the heat transfer of the radiant furnace tube and the greater the heat entering the convection chamber. However, if the temperature is too high, it is easy to burn the furnace tube and the intermediate pipe rack.

3. Furnace thermal strength. That is, the total calorific value of fuel combustion in the furnace per unit time and per unit volume, w / m2. When the furnace size is certain, burning more fuel will inevitably improve the thermal intensity of the furnace. Accordingly, the temperature of the furnace chamber will also increase, and the heat of the furnace tube in the furnace will increase. The thermal intensity of the furnace of the general tubular heating furnace is ^ 8.14 ~ 11.63w/m3 (7 ~ 10kcal / m3 · h).

4. Surface heat of furnace tube. The heat transferred per unit surface area and per unit time of the furnace tube is called the surface heat intensity of the furnace tube. The higher the heat intensity on the surface of the furnace tube, the less furnace tubes are required under a certain heat load. The furnace can be reduced and the investment can be reduced, but there is a limit to the improvement.

5. Furnace thermal efficiency. The percentage of heating furnace load in the total heat released during fuel combustion is called furnace thermal efficiency. The higher the thermal efficiency, the more fuel is saved. It indicates whether the furnace is advanced.

6. Flow rate in the pipe. The longer the flow rate of the medium in the furnace tube is, the smaller the pressure drop in the furnace tube is, and the easier it is to be damaged.
