"We previously tried various atmosphere-protected furnaces and ordinary vacuum furnaces, but either the oxidation control was unsatisfactory or the production efficiency was too low. What attracted us most to this vertical vacuum furnace was its design of three independent heating chambers sharing a single vacuum chamber—we can simultaneously process different grades of copper contacts and iron-nickel springs without interference, and the vacuum level remains stable at 10⁻² Pa, leaving the workpiece surface bright and new after processing. The molybdenum-containing resistance wire heats up very quickly, from room temperature to 400℃ in less than 10 minutes, and the alumina fiber furnace chamber provides excellent insulation, with the outer wall temperature only about 30℃ higher than room temperature. The electrical control cabinet is easy to operate; our operators mastered the programming in half a day. After a year of operation, the equipment has had almost no malfunctions, and the energy-saving effect is significant, saving about 25% more electricity than expected.
