This three-zone atmosphere tube furnace has three heating zones, each with independent temperature control. It features large-size quartz furnace tubes and a long-term operating temperature of up to 950℃. The extended heating zone design accommodates processes requiring prolonged heating or complex temperature gradients (such as gradient annealing and segmented sintering). This tube furnace boasts advantages such as safety and reliability, simple operation, high temperature control accuracy, excellent heat preservation, and high furnace temperature uniformity. It can be used with various atmospheres and is widely applied in universities, research institutes, and industrial enterprises for high-temperature sintering, metal material processing experiments, quality inspection, and small-batch production.
