Product introduction:
This equipment is a five-sided high-temperature muffle furnace. Because the five sides of the furnace cavity are equipped with heating elements, and the temperature is controlled by multiple temperatures, the uniformity of the temperature field is better. The heating element is a resistance wire, a high-box double-layer air-cooled shell structure and 30-segment program temperature control. K-type thermocouple, the furnace is made of alumina microcrystalline fiber material, and the double-layer furnace shell is equipped with an air-cooled circulation system, the highest temperature can reach 1200 ℃, and can work continuously at 1100 ℃; the furnace has a balanced temperature field and a low surface temperature , Fast temperature rise and fall, energy saving and other advantages.
