Differences between vacuum oven and high temperature oven

Today, I'd like to share the differences between vacuum oven and high-temperature oven. Vacuum oven is a box type drying equipment that dries dry materials under negative pressure. It uses vacuum pump to extract air and humidity, so as to form a vacuum state in the studio, reduce the boiling point of water and speed up the drying speed.

The vacuum oven is specially designed for drying heat sensitive, easily decomposed and easily oxidized substances. It can fill the interior with inert gas, especially some articles with complex components can also be dried quickly. It has the advantages of fast drying speed, low pollution and no damage to the internal quality of dried goods.

High temperature oven is an oven when the temperature is higher than 300 degrees Celsius, which is called high temperature oven. Because when the temperature of the high-temperature oven is higher than 300 ℃, it has great requirements for the material of the high-temperature oven itself. At the same time, because the movement of gas under high temperature becomes difficult to control, the high-temperature oven puts forward higher requirements for the uniformity control of temperature. High temperature oven is used for drying, baking, wax melting and sterilization in industrial and mining enterprises, laboratory rooms and scientific research institutions.
