The furnace adopts a cladding design, with less heat loss and better uniformity of the temperature field. The bottom opening of the furnace body allows materials to enter and exit through the opening at the bottom; the opening at the bottom is equipped with a heat-resistant cover for empty furnace testing or sealing the bottom hole during intermittent use. There is a visual observation window on the side of the furnace body, and a stainless steel cover is designed. There is a rectangular monitoring window on the top of the furnace body, which can be used for temperature or shape monitoring with laser or infrared thermometers. There are 2 thermocouples on the back of the furnace body, one of which is used to monitor the temperature in the furnace, and the other can be extended to the center of the furnace to monitor the temperature near the workpiece.
