3. Both box-type atmosphere furnace and high-temperature vacuum atmosphere furnace can pass hydrogen, argon, nitrogen, oxygen, nitric oxide, ammonia decomposition gas and other gases.

4. There is an air cooling system between the double furnace shells, which can achieve rapid cooling.

5. The surface temperature of the furnace is low, high efficiency and energy saving.

6. The cover plate is made of silica gel mud, and the furnace door is made of silica gel pad, which has good sealing performance and long vacuum and pressure retention time.
