The normal operation steps of tube furnace-how to inflate

     Everyone often uses tube furnaces, but how much do you know about the correct operation steps?

    Tubular atmosphere resistance furnace is mainly used in mining and metallurgy, glass separation, quenching and tempering treatment, lithium battery positive battery cathode material, green energy, abrasive tools and other industries to measure materials under certain atmosphere conditions. The tube furnace is in the application process. Sometimes it is necessary to ventilate, so how to standardize the operation in the ventilation process to avoid errors as much as possible?
Tubular atmosphere resistance furnace
1. When using hydrogen as a work gas

1. Connect to the hydrogen gas circuit, and use soap liquid to test the leaks at each joint to make sure that the gas is not slow.
2. Make sure that each valve is in closed mode.
3. Turn the knob in the opposite direction to open the main valve of the hydrogen cylinder, turn the knob clockwise, and slowly open the outlet pressure reducing valve to make the inlet and outlet pressure gauges at 0.1MPa.
4. Connect the mechanical pump power supply, open the tube furnace inlet and outlet valves and the two valves on the mechanical pump gas path, and pump for 5 minutes.
5. Close the two gate valves on the gas path of the mechanical pump, close the inlet and outlet valves of the tube furnace, and turn off the mechanical pump.
6. Open the upper gas path control valve counterclockwise so that the arrow points to the "open" position.
7. Adjust the flowmeter knob counterclockwise to make the reading at 20ml/min.
8. Turn the knob counterclockwise to open the air inlet valve of the tube furnace until the barometer reads zero.
9. Open the inlet valve of the tube furnace and open the red inlet and outlet gate valves on the hydrogen gas path.
10. After 10 minutes of hydrogen gas flow, start heating the tube furnace. Before heating, adjust the flowmeter knob counterclockwise to make the bubbles in the Erlenmeyer flask appear at a rate of two per second.

2. When using inert gas as working gas

1. Connect the working gas circuit, connect the gas inlet and outlet of the tube furnace to the mechanical pump.
2. Open the bypass valve of the tube furnace, close the vacuum pump, open the gas outlet valve (pay attention to holding the flange to avoid excessive support of the furnace tube), and evacuate the corundum tube and gas pipeline.
3. When the vacuum gauge of the tube furnace reaches -0.1 (when the pointer reaches the deepest point), turn off the gas outlet valve and the gas inlet valve.
4. Turn the knob counterclockwise to open the main valve of the gas tank, and turn the knob clockwise to slowly open the inlet and outlet pressure relief valves, so that the inlet and outlet pressure is 0.004MPa (2 cells).
5. Turn the knob counterclockwise to slowly open the air inlet valve of the tube furnace; pay close attention to the air pressure gauge of the tube furnace to make sure that the air pressure is below 0.08MPa (if the air pressure is higher than 0.08MPa, open the air outlet valve of the tube furnace to vent).
6. Tube furnace air pressure gauge When the air pressure is stable, turn off the tube furnace air inlet valve, open the air outlet valve, draw the vacuum to -0.1, and close the tube furnace air outlet valve.
7. Repeat steps 4 and 5 twice.
8. Turn off the mechanical pump and open the air inlet valve of the tube furnace.
