Safe operation steps of tubular furnace

1. Stir with water in a tubular furnace
Castables are sub contracted. In addition to the main ingredients, there is a small bag of additives in each bag. Pour the main ingredients and additives into the mixer. Before using the forced mixer, the castable should be dry mixed for about 1-2 minutes. The details of the tubular furnace and clean tap water should be mixed. Add 77% + 1 kg of tap water for every 100 kg of castable. Add water until the material is evenly added while mixing. Only after careful use can the material be discharged. The mixed wet materials shall be transported to the construction site in time for pouring construction. If the storage time of wet material is too long, resulting in poor construction performance, it should be discarded. It is strictly forbidden to put the material back into the mixer and use it after adding water.

2. Mold casting
The mold is firmly supported (without a large amount of slurry running) and brushed with oil or release agent (thin and uniform). When the material is evenly distributed along the die when the die is opened, the material is evenly distributed along the die when the die is opened. The vibrating rod can be moved in and out quickly to vibrate evenly. It is forbidden to vibrate for a long time at the same position to prevent particle segregation. When the surface of the material is submerged and the number of bubbles changes, the material has been dumped. When the thickness of casting body is more than 400 mm, the layered structure should be continuous.

3. Demoulding and maintenance
After the high strength of castable (12-24 hours at room temperature), the pouring formwork should be removed. It is necessary to avoid trampling, bumping, etc. before the strength is enough to withstand more pressure. Failure to do so may result in cracks and corner damage. The maintenance time should be extended or heat insulation measures should be taken (the best maintenance temperature can be guaranteed above 10 ℃). If the construction period is short, the ambient temperature should be increased to accelerate the hardening of casting body. After removing the mold, the casting body must be kept in a warm and humid environment for more than 12-24 hours before baking.
