Main application:
This high-temperature box-type atmosphere furnace is mainly used in college laboratories, industrial and mining enterprise laboratories, for chemical analysis, physical determination, sintering and dissolution of metals, ceramics, etc., and heat treatment of other materials.

Product introduction:
This high-temperature box-type atmosphere furnace is designed for heat treatment in an atmosphere, and the maximum temperature can reach 1400°C. The furnace cavity is designed for multi-sided heating, which makes the internal temperature field of the furnace more uniform. The furnace door and furnace roof are equipped with a vacuum seal design, which can be pre-evacuated and can be fed with a variety of inert gases. The furnace body adopts a double-layer air-cooled furnace shell structure and high-performance thermal insulation materials. The furnace adopts alumina polycrystalline fiber material, intelligent program temperature control system, phase shift trigger, and thyristor control. The furnace has the advantages of balanced temperature field, low surface temperature, fast temperature rise and fall, and energy saving.
