Application:
MSK-T-09 this high-quality disc cutter set features tools made of hardened and tempered, shock-resistant tool steel with precision-ground surfaces. It is designed for cutting round discs and rings from metal sheet upto 1.29 mm thickness (such as Cu and Al). Spring-loaded die plate allows you to easily open and close according to the thickness being punched. This set includes: a cutter tool, 10 dies and a strong rubber base (5-7/8"-dia.) that conveniently holds the cutter, dies and an Allen wrench.

Cutting Dies	10 cutting dies are included for immediate use. Please choose Metric or Inch from optional bar Metric Size: 3mm, 6mm, 10mm, 13mm, 16mm, 20mm, 22mm, 25mm, 28mm and 32mm Imperial Size: 1/8", 1/4'', 3/8'', 1/2'', 5/8'', 3/4'', 7/8'', 1'', 1- 1/8'' and 1-1/4" (1/8" increments)
Center-Positioning Dies	A set of positioning dies are included for your to cut out the metal rings
Cutting Thickness	This disc cutter is suitable for punching soft gold, silver, copper and brass in thicknesses up to 1.29mm. Note： it is not suitable for cutting thin plastic foil, such separator of battery
Warranty	One year limited manufacture warranty with lifetime support (*Rusted and damaged parts due to improper storage condition or maintenance are not covered by warranty)
Application Notes	It is suggested to use a urethane square (1/16" thick, 95 durometer; not included) under the cutters as a support as you cut; the urethane ab sorbs the energy of the hammer blow, protecting the cutters and the work surface and ensuring a clean, sharp cut.
