1. Installation and use of high temperature muffle furnace

1. The high temperature muffle furnace must be installed on the indoor flat workbench. The matching temperature controller should not be placed too close to the electric furnace to avoid vibration, and the room should be kept ventilated and dry, and the temperature should be lower than 40 ℃.

2. The high temperature muffle furnace electric furnace and temperature controller must be grounded reliably.

3. After the installation is completed, turn on the power supply, turn on the power switch of the controller, and set the temperature adjustment instrument to the required temperature. At this time, the green light of the instrument is on, indicating that the heating starts, and the ammeter generates a corresponding reading according to the power level, and adjusts the indication of the instrument. The temperature also rises at the same time. When the temperature rises to the set temperature, the adjustment instrument automatically cuts off the power supply, the red light is on, and the ammeter indication returns to "zero". The use of the high-temperature furnace means that the heating stops. Adjust the "red" "green" of the instrument and the indicator lights to work alternately to make the instrument reach a constant temperature state. During this process, if the electric furnace does not heat up or the instrument display is abnormal, you must immediately turn off the power and contact the manufacturer for communication to determine the problem and take appropriate measures.

2. Maintenance and maintenance of high temperature muffle furnace

1. If the electric furnace does not heat up, then consider that there should be a problem with the heating element. First check whether the heating element is loose. If it is loose, plug it in and try it first. If it still does not heat up, it means that the heating element is faulty. . Then the heating element needs to be replaced with a new one. Taking the silicon molybdenum rod as an example, when replacing, first remove the protective cover at both ends and the silicon molybdenum rod chuck, then take out the damaged silicon carbon rod, and then replace the new silicon molybdenum rod.

The rod can be installed. However, the silicon molybdenum rod is a fragile material, so care must be taken when installing it.

2. If the electric furnace instrument display is abnormal, first debug it, if not, you can contact the manufacturer's technicians for video communication to guide the debugging. If the debugging is still unsuccessful, it means that the instrument is faulty, and a new instrument can be replaced.

3. Regularly check whether the connection of the connection part of the circuit system is good.

4. Correct use and standard operation, the maximum temperature of 1200 ℃ can not be used for a long time, avoid over-temperature and overload operation, and strictly prevent sudden rise and power failure and rapid cooling, so as to avoid damage to the furnace and electric heating wire.

5. As well as maintenance methods, it is strictly forbidden to directly enter the workpiece with high moisture, volatile matter, organic matter, etc. into the furnace for heating treatment.

6. It is strictly forbidden to put metal, glass and other high-temperature melting substances into the furnace for heating treatment without the crucible loaded.

7. Regularly check the condition of the electric heating element. If it is aging, broken or short-circuited, it should be repaired and replaced in time.

8. Frequently remove dust particles and scattered objects in the furnace to keep the furnace clean.
