    High-temperature heating furnace, also known as high-temperature muffle furnace, high-temperature experimental electric furnace, is mainly used for heating and heat treatment in laboratories of industrial and mining enterprises, scientific research units, and laboratories. It is an indispensable instrument and equipment in various laboratories.

1. Types of common heating elements in high temperature furnaces
High-temperature furnaces have higher requirements for heating elements due to their high temperatures. There are three kinds of heating elements: resistance wire, silicon carbide rod, silicon molybdenum rod and so on.

2. According to different temperatures, what is the difference between the heating elements in the high-temperature furnace?
Different heating elements of the high temperature furnace can adapt to different heating temperatures. Generally speaking, resistance wire heating is used for high-temperature furnaces whose temperature is lower than 1100℃, silicon carbide rod heating is used for high-temperature furnaces whose temperature is lower than 1300℃, and silicon molybdenum rod heating is used for high-temperature furnaces whose temperature is higher than 1300℃. Special: Silicon Molybdenum rods are not suitable for long-term high-temperature furnaces whose working temperature is lower than 900℃, because the characteristics of silicon-molybdenum rods will oxidize at low temperatures.
