However, the readings of the highest temperature value and the lowest temperature value in each measurement point should be selected during the entire measurement duration, not in the same measurement period. In this way, the time distribution characteristics of temperature can be seen.

When the temperature of the junction is different, an electromotive force will be generated in the circuit. The thermocouple uses the principle of the electromotive force generated in the circuit when the temperature of the two junctions are different to measure the temperature.
