     The occurrence of joints in the lining of a tubular furnace will affect the life of the protective lining. Under normal circumstances, the connection at the corners is more important. They should be interlaced to prevent the lining from appearing through joints. If the connection is not tight, it will affect the life of the protective lining. The corner laying methods are staggered, labyrinth, rounded and overlapped.

     After the tube furnace shrinks under high temperature, it is easy to produce gaps, but the rounded type is difficult to lay, so it is best to use the rounded type for 1 to 2 layers, and the labyrinth type for the remaining layers.
     Because the tube furnace anchor is located in the middle of the fiber felt, it can be made of ordinary carbon cable structural steel, which can save heat-resistant steel. Compared with the layer laying method, the stacking method has higher surface strength, better wind erosion resistance, stronger adhesion of the coating material, and less tendency of fiber shrinkage. However, the on-site construction of the stacking method is not as convenient as the layering method, and the thermal conductivity is about 20% greater than that of the layering method, so the thickness of the furnace lining needs to be increased accordingly. But its use temperature is 50℃~100℃ higher than that of layer laying method.
