Because of a project to talk about, our two bosses drove more than seven hours to see customers. On the way back, the boss said that he was going to a customer in Cangzhou. His equipment was broken and the customer could not use it. When I returned, I originally planned to go to Cangzhou for more than 1 hour. As a result, because of the high-speed traffic jam, we delayed us for more than 2 hours. When we arrived at the customer there, it was almost 6 o'clock in the evening. At the end of October, the evening in Cangzhou was still very cold—the temperature difference between day and night was still large, and three people stood by the road waiting for us. A 74-year-old and a 58-year-old, the two bosses also have a lovely girl.
After stopping the car, we quickly arrived at the workshop. It turned out to be a high-pressure tubular furnace. We looked at the new equipment and the LOGO of our company. In fact, this equipment arrived here 8 years ago, and the life span is really long. After our efforts, we found that the customer was moving the line inside the furnace, and it was wrong. It was confirmed with the customer, so it was quickly repaired.
When we were ready to go back, the enthusiasm of the two customers expressed their gratitude to us.
